What it does on a call
- Picks up. Every call, including the ones that arrive while you are already on the phone.
- Says what it is. The greeting states plainly that it is an automated assistant. Nobody is tricked.
- Takes the job down — name, number, address, what is wrong, and how urgent it sounds.
- Texts it to you immediately, written up, so you can decide what to do when you are free.
What it will never do: quote a price, promise a time of arrival, commit you to a job, or diagnose a problem. Those are yours. It takes the information and hands it to you — it does not make promises on your behalf that you then have to keep.
